Obana has been a key force in growing ORO Malaysia’s business portfolio as Sales Manager before her appointment.

With over 17 years of cross-border digital marketing experience, she has worked with high-profile clients across industries and verticals in the Asian markets, such as real estate, e-commerce, tourism, F&B, retail, finance, and more.

She played a strategic role in spearheading the entry of top Japanese marketing firm OPT Inc., into the Malaysian market in 2013 before its full acquisition by ORO.

As Sales Manager, she led key client engagements and business development efforts, paving the way for her appointment as Managing Director, where she now leads the agency’s strategic direction and drives its regional growth.

Miki joined ORO in January 2024 in the role of Regional Managing Director, overseeing business growth and strategic direction across key markets including Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, and China.

He brings a wealth of leadership experience from global firms such as Hakuhodo Inc., Accenture, and The Walt Disney Company.

A specialist in branding-led customer and service experience design, Miki is instrumental in driving digital acceleration initiatives for clients across high-impact sectors including automotive, telecommunications, consumer electronics, and FMCG.
